30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition

• Include original packaging

• Include proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care or wellness products may not be eligible for return if they have been opened or used.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Arcivita will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
